font_container=&#8221;tag:h5|text_align:left&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;a) Mewujudkan iklim kerja yang kondusif dan menjadi sarana bagi para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders) maupun Insan PD untuk melaporkan hal-hal yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian perusahaan baik finansial maupun non finansial yang dapat merusak citra dan keberlangsungan usaha perusahaan.<br \/>\nb) Memberikan kesempatan kepada para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders) maupun Insan PD dalam menyampaikan laporan dugaan pelanggaran berdasarkan bukti-bukti yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.<br \/>\nc) Mewujudkan tata kelola perusahaan yang bersih, sehat dan baik.<br \/>\nd) Menjadi pedoman dan koridor penerapan Pedoman Perilaku &amp; Etika Perusahaan (Code of Conduct)<br \/>\ne) Menciptakan iklim bisnis dan kerja yang berlandasarkan pada peraturan perundang-undangan, nilai moral dan etika.<\/p>\n<p>Ruang Lingkup Pedoman Sistem Pelaporan Dugaan Pelanggaran\/Whistle Blowing System (WBS) yang akan ditindaklanjuti Tim Pengelola Whistle Blowing System (TPWBS) adalah tindakan yang dapat merugikan Perusahaan, yang meliputi hal-hal sebagai berikut:<br \/>\n1. Penyimpangan dari peraturan dan perundangan yang berlaku<br \/>\n2. Pencurian Penyalahgunaan dan pemalsuan data danIatau pembayaran klaim \/ tagihan<br \/>\n3. Penyalahgunaan jabatan untuk kepentingan lain di luar Perseroan<br \/>\n4. Pembocoran rahasia Perusahaan.<br \/>\n5. Penyelewengan uang Perusahaan<br \/>\n6. Pelanggaran terhadap Pedoman Etika &amp; Perilaku Perusahaan PT Prasetia Dwidharma<br \/>\n7. Penggelapan aset Perusahaan<br \/>\n8. Pemerasan<br \/>\n9. Perbuatan curang<br \/>\n10. Penipuan<br \/>\n11. Benturan Kepentingan<br \/>\n12. Gratifikasi<br \/>\n13. Pemakasaan yang berujung pada penyimpangan<br \/>\n14. Negosiasi kecurangan<br \/>\n15.
